Biogas Purification & Bottling
We offer turnkey solutions for Biogas Purification & Bottling Systems.
Raw biogas contains about 60-70% methane, 30-40% Carbon Dioxide, traces of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) and fractions of water vapours. To improve its functionality, versatility and ease of transportation, raw biogas needs to be purified of all its impurities.
In collaboration with our partners, we can offer a Bio-Methane purity greater than 95% owing to our proprietary purification processes. We also offer bottling systems for use at household and industry level applications.

Biogas Compressor

Biogas Burner
A special Biogas Burner has been designed by our teams for the safe and efficient use of the Biogas generated in our Biomethanation System. It conducts heat by utilizing conduction, convection and radiation during cooking, thereby increasing the efficiency of cooking. This is especially useful for large canteens that require fast cooking daily.
Our burners are based on a technology that transfers heat through all modes of conduction, convection and radiation, making their use in large canteens efficient and viable.

Biogas Generator Set
Biogas GenSets make use of the methane produced by the Biomethanation Plant as fuel to generate electricity. This electricity can be used for multiple applications depending on the capacity of the genset.
The 15 KVA Biogas Genset at The Coconut Plantation is used to Irrigate 10 acres of property for 4 hours daily.
